Once my favorite company, with very VERY visable revenue, people will play WOW no matter what and The 9 was the sole operator. WOW was 95% of the net profit.

Now...Why?? Blizzard!!!! why you have to risk so much and change operator in China?? That is VERY very very rare. Changing operator change big cost in money and also in corporate image. Loss of customers is expected.

Well.... I guess its lucky that it has over 2000 million Rmb cash and has almost on liability.... I hope it will simply bankrupt and give back the cash..... I do checked that before I decide to buy it, balance sheet is important.....

多位業內人士公開表示，九城暴雪分家 可能性不大。原因很簡單，兩者“分家”將造成魔獸世 界即有玩家的大量流失。這樣的兩敗俱傷的結果也不符 合暴雪的最終收益。

此前，中國也曾有過將網游代理權中途更換的先例 ，但這些例子大多以失敗告終。最典型的是2005年光通 通信從盛大手中搶得《傳奇3》代理權。其結果是，盛大 《傳奇2》的用戶沒有因此代理權而出現大量轉移，光通 通信因此陷入巨額虧損。

也有玩家質疑稱，一旦網易真的拿下暴雪這款遊戲 的代理，與九城之間就存在一個資料導入的大問題，一 旦九城與網易之前對于玩家的資料導入不順利的話，原 有的虛擬貨幣及裝備或將全部歸零。

王樂認為，這些事件均說明，在沒有特別嚴重的情 況下，國外網遊公司很難更換代理公司。不過，暴雪和 九城分歧也可能很大。在6月之前，雙方之間的艱難談判 也許不會停止。
